I came up with this idea a few weeks ago, and knew exactly who I wanted to take the photo of. I had tried a few times to attempt the shot, but it never felt quite right, so I passed. I almost abandoned the idea. But this weekend I was at my friends garage, he was in his coveralls, working on a bike, and at that point I knew the shot would be how I wanted it.

And apparently this photo is doing ok on Flickr too. :)

I also snapped photos this weekend of a concert I attended. They seemed to like some of the shots, and are using one for the bands Facebook page. Sweet. I'll post more about that tomorrow, with links and such.

I also attended the 26th annual Tsawwassen Motorcycle Swap-Meet and Show'n'shine. Got very few photos of that, but am happy with the few I got.
