Shot of the Day - What's in my bag?
"What's In My Bag" - this is a pretty common theme found on Flickr.
Basically folks empty out the contents of their bags what they carry with them, arrange the contents nicely, and take a photo, to show people... well... what's in their bag.
It's kind of a fun photo idea because it gives a little bit of insight into the person, and a hint at who they are. (A lot can be discovered about a person based on what they keep with them at all times).
The contents of my bag vary from day-to-day. The majority of what is pictured actually does live with me almost daily. (With the exception of a couple things, the banjo fingerpicks don't always come with me, and I usually carry a MUCH smaller knife, the one here I had on me because a friend wanted to check it out)
I used some trickery in Lightroom too. I didn't actually take this photo from directly above. But Lightroom let me correct the angle so it appears that I was directly above. First time I've used a correction like that. Almost like perspective control. Neat.
