This was taken in 2009 at Lighthouse Park. It's also the first image I took that really got me into phorography. (Most of the images I've snapped before this were pretty much crap). Funny part is, this was taken with a point+shoot camera. (A Sony DSC-W120)

What shocked me was when a local travel e-zine asked me if they could use it in a publication. Of course I said yes. Of course I didn't ask for money. I was just happy people liked my photography. I *did* make sure to get credit for the image at least.

It will be almost a year since I got my DSLR (Right now it's been about 10 months) - I got 'serious' about shooting maaaybe 2 months ago. I already want to upgrade my camera body and glass. But I won't. Not yet.
